Meet The Team

Vlad founded Don Roofing in 2017 with a commitment to faith, integrity, and hard work. Guided by his Christian values, he is dedicated to serving homeowners and the community with honesty, quality, and excellence. Outside of work, Vlad enjoys spending time with his family and mentoring aspiring entrepreneurs.

The One and Only Joel! Our best salesperson — always focused on finding the right solution for the customer, not just making a sale. What sets Joel apart is that he looks out for the install crew too, making sure every deal is set up for a smooth installation from day one. Off the clock, he's the fastest guy on his soccer team and leads worship and music at his church.

BJ Watts is a key member of the Don Roofing team, serving as our Service Technician and helping homeowners with fast, reliable repairs done right. Outside of work, BJ enjoys running his homestead farm and is passionate about faith, family, and becoming the best husband and father he can be.

Dallas brings a strong work ethic and team-first mindset to Don Roofing. Originally from Louisiana, he enjoys the outdoors and spending time bow hunting. Guided by his faith, Dallas is a devoted husband and proud father who leads his family with purpose, integrity, and dedication.
